Concierge Booking

Congratulations on booking your concierge onboarding call! Here’s some useful info to get you prepared.

Please ensure you double check the booking details in your confirmation email. This will help to avoid any missed slots due to timezone mistakes. If you are asked for credentials when accessing the call link, please use the following:

Username – guest

Password – guest


What you need to have ready

  • A computer to join the call from. No apps or accounts required, simply click the link in your confirmation email and it will open in a web browser
  • Your phone with the Envoy app installed
  • Passport and all accessories from inside the box
  • 60 minutes of your time in a quiet environment
  • A list of questions you’d like answering
