Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Foundation Devices, Inc. ("Foundation," "we," "our," or "us") processes, fulfills, and ships orders. This policy applies to domestic and international shipments unless a more specific written policy applies.
Fulfillment Model
Foundation currently uses Flexport as its primary fulfillment and logistics provider. Depending on product availability, destination, operational requirements, customs requirements, carrier availability, and applicable law, orders may be fulfilled from the United States, from another fulfillment location, or through a regional distribution partner.
For certain orders shipped to the European Union or nearby European markets, Foundation may use or reserve the right to use a regional EU distribution partner, including Bitcoin Brabhant, to support faster regional fulfillment, reduce customs friction, or improve delivery reliability. Use of an EU distribution partner is not guaranteed for every EU order and may depend on inventory, product type, destination, timing, and operational requirements.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Options
Available shipping methods, rates, taxes, duties, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. Shipping options may vary based on destination, product, order value, carrier availability, warehouse location, and other operational factors.
Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary based on inventory, fulfillment location, carrier performance, customs processing, weather, holidays, address accuracy, recipient availability, and other factors outside Foundation's control.
Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, available shipping rates and delivery methods will be displayed at checkout. Foundation may offer free, discounted, standard, expedited, or promotional shipping from time to time, subject to the terms shown at checkout.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside the United States, available shipping rates and delivery methods will be displayed at checkout when available. Some destinations, products, or delivery methods may be unavailable because of carrier limitations, customs requirements, sanctions, export controls, product restrictions, or operational constraints.
At checkout, Shopify and our logistics providers may calculate and collect applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, import fees, and other charges. The amounts shown at checkout may depend on destination country, product, shipment value, carrier, and available delivery method.
Where checkout presents a duties-paid, taxes-included, delivered-duty-paid, or similar option, the taxes, duties, or import charges shown at checkout are intended to reduce or eliminate additional collection at delivery, subject to carrier, customs, and legal requirements.
Where checkout does not collect all applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, import fees, or similar amounts, the recipient may remain responsible for those amounts. Customs authorities, carriers, and brokers may also request recipient information, tax identifiers, import documentation, or other information before delivery.
Refused, Returned, or Undeliverable Shipments
If a package is refused, returned to sender, abandoned, delayed by customs, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, recipient unavailability, unpaid import charges, or failure to provide requested information, Foundation may deduct or charge any resulting shipping, customs, carrier, return, storage, or handling costs to the extent permitted by law.
Shipping Information and Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Foundation is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, additional charges, or lost packages caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us at hello@foundation.xyz as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed after an order has been placed, entered fulfillment, or shipped.
Customer Information
To fulfill orders, Foundation may share shipping, contact, order, customs, tax, and tracking information with Shopify, Flexport, Bitcoin Brabhant where applicable, carriers, customs brokers, regional distribution partners, and other service providers involved in fulfillment and delivery.
