Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the sensitive nature of Foundation products, including hardware wallets and related security devices, all sales are final. Foundation does not accept returns or exchanges except where required by applicable law or expressly authorized by Foundation in writing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, compatibility information, shipping details, taxes, duties, discount codes, and order contents before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Foundation may, in its discretion, cancel an order before it has shipped or before fulfillment has begun. If you wish to request cancellation, contact us at hello@foundation.xyz as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once an order has shipped, entered fulfillment, or been transferred to a fulfillment, logistics, customs, or carrier provider, the order generally cannot be cancelled.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you believe you received a defective product, or if your order arrives damaged, contact us at hello@foundation.xyz within 30 days after delivery. We may request reasonable information to evaluate the issue, including order number, delivery details, photos, diagnostic information, or a description of the problem.

Covered hardware defects are handled under the applicable Foundation Limited Product Warranty. Foundation may repair, replace, or otherwise address eligible defects as described in that warranty.

Shipping, Duties, and Fees

Shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, payment-processing fees, and other third-party charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by Foundation.

If a package is refused, returned to sender, abandoned, delayed by customs, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, Foundation may deduct or charge any resulting shipping, customs, carrier, return, storage, or handling costs to the extent permitted by law.

No Effect on Legal Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
